Brussels Sprouts with Garlic and Ham
Ingredients
  • • Leftover Brussels Sprouts
  • • Leftover Ham or Bacon cut into small pieces
  • • Butter or Olive Oil for Frying
  • • 1-2 Garlic Gloves very finely chopped
  • • One small onion chopped finely
  • • The amount of onion and garlic depends on your own taste
Instructions
  1. Place oil or butter in a frying pan.
  2. Cook onion and garlic till transparent and cooked.
  3. Cut spouts in half and toss in the pan with the chopped ham.
  4. Cook until heated through.
